"Shipping Takes Forever"
I haven't received any email responses, and no one answers the phone! Every week, I get the same generic email saying, 'sorry for the delay, please give us more time to finish processing your order.' They’re not being upfront at all; they won’t let you know if it’s backordered or out of stock. This is just plain misleading. The item I purchased said it 'ships within 3 business days,' and here I am, a month later, still waiting for it to ship.

"Ordered Some Bracelets and Still Waiting..."
I placed an order for a few bracelets on December 23, and as of now, I still haven't received them. I've reached out via email and even called them, but the customer service is just terrible. They keep sending me emails saying my order will ship soon, but nothing happens. Seriously, steer clear of this company; they’re no good.

"Major deficiency in customer support"
There’s a serious gap in customer service here. They claim to offer 24-hour support, but I didn’t get any call backs or replies to my emails. Also, the sizing is way off; I had to bring the rings to a jeweler to verify the size, and it turns out they’re a quarter size smaller than expected.

"From a Frustrating Start to a Happy Ending"
I placed an order for a bracelet as a Christmas present on December 11, but it never arrived. After reaching out via email on December 27, I received a response saying it would be shipped shortly. I replied that I didn’t want the item anymore, and then a manager got in touch with me. He sorted everything out and made me feel valued as a customer. I'm really pleased with the service I got, and the quality of the jewelry is top-notch.

"Price Can Be Deceptive"
I took a chance since the prices were quite low, but the images of the rings appeared fantastic. I ended up ordering a pair. They arrived from Turkey pretty fast to Indiana, USA. Honestly, I'm really impressed with the quality and couldn't be happier with both pieces. I'll definitely be placing another order.

"Incredible Speed of Customer Support"
The customer support was incredibly quick, super nice, and really helpful. I honestly can't recall any interaction in the last five years that was as fast, complete, and pleasant as what I got from Ottasilver. I'm definitely going to buy more and recommend it to my friends!

"Not sure if they're legit"
I placed an order, but they didn't deliver as promised after more than two weeks. I'm still waiting for any confirmation on when it might ship, and the dispatch date is still open. There's no commitment to getting it to me or any real brand trust. They sure know how to market, but I won't be buying from them again.

"Outstanding Customer Care"
I gotta say, the service I received was absolutely top-notch. Back in November 2021, I bought a ring and then tried to grab another one in December 2022, only to discover that Ottasilver had stopped shipping to South Africa. I reached out to them, and they figured out a way to get it to me. Once again, I'm super pleased with my order. Big thanks for taking care of me and making that exception!
